community via a Software as a Service (SaaS) Model.

Potential clients may now choose to either outsource their end-to-end call centre
service to Stellar, or combine Stellar’s web-based Campaign Management System with
their own staff and infrastructure to more effectively manage call centre
operations.

market the product in its own right, whilst continuing to use it to service our

Stellar’s Campaign Management System continues to deliver impressive results, such
as increasing contact rates by over 200%, cutting average handling times by in
excess of 60 seconds per call, and improving sales results by over 15% - Stellar now
wants to assist Small to Medium Enterprises (SME’s) to do the same.

It is an exciting development for SME’s who view specialised call centre technology
